Sin for not keeping a beard

Q: What if a guy is not keeping his beard out of fear for people that what will they say? Is he doing shirk or kufar or some sin? I'm aware that not keeping a beard is a sin, that's what i heard. But I want to know if a person does not do something because of fear for people which he should be doing, is it's a sin, kufar, shirk?

Is missing tahajud a sin?

Q: When my brother in law's wife was pregnant, I said that if she gives birth to a baby girl I will pray tahajud namaz everyday. But later I felt guilty about this and few days later she delivered baby girl. 2 months later I became pregnant and till I maintained tahajud namaz I was safe. When I did not pray tahajud the next day, I had to undergo major surgery. It was ectopic pregnancy my tube was ruptured. I think that God punished me. I sad sorry from depth of my heart because I took tahajud namaz lightly. Will Allah forgive me or not? Will I be punished my whole life if I don't pray tahajud?

Q: As we know that Islam has strict teachings on breaking relationships with near relatives such as uncles etc. but if we make a mistake then we realize and make apologize to them by fear of Allah. What if they are not ready to patch up the relationship, will we still be sinful?

Is nikaah necessary for a person who does not fear committing sin?

Q: If a person fears that he will commit fornication if he does not get married, is it obligatory to get married? What if he once committed fornication but he necessarily does not fear it. It just happened once. Is marriage obligatory for him? What if he does not want to get married and if forced to marry he might not give his spouse her rights?
