Q:
1- Is the marble area outside the Haram Shareef in Makkah Mukarramah included in the musjid?
2-Is it permissible for a female who is in her haidh (menstruation period) to go onto the marble area outside the Haram Shareef in Makkah Mukarramah?
3- A female who is in her mensuration period,how does she go to do Saee without entering the Masjid of Haram Sharif? Where does she go from?
Q: Can a person use money he inherited to go for hajj?
Q: I have sufficient money to go to do umrah and my salary is low, so it may take me many years to go for hajj. So can I go for umrah before hajj this year or I should save the money to do hajj afterwards?
Q: We find security personnel standing in front of the Ka'bah facing the Jamaath in the Haram Sharif during Salaah time and even during Sajdah, whereas we do not do this in the Masjid. Is this allowed according to Shariah?

Q: I am an extremely doubtful person. I always have doubts about purification. I always feels I had missed something in wudhu and ghusl. I had performed hajj 3 years ago alhamdulilah. I had performed all thing step by step there was no doubt at that time. After that sometimes a doubt came in my mind whether I had done wudhu and ghusl properly and completely or I had missed something at time of Tawaf-E-Ziyarat. I am also not sure about this. I try to remember but I can't. So should I give dam for this doubt? And my wife would be halaal for me? Please kindly advice me. I am very frustrated with this.

Q: I am little bit worry about this still this doubt give me stress. I had completed my Hajj before 3 years I had done all things step by step after complete my hajj suddenly a doubt came in my mind whether I had done wudhu and ghusl completly and properly or I had missed something. I am not sure about this so is my hajj valid? I know its waswasa I always try to ignore this doubt but I can't. How can I get rid out of this situation please advise me.
Q: I am a bit confused regarding a decision I have to make. I have performed hajj with my parents and 1 sister 4 years ago. Alhamdulillah, my other 2 sisters have been accredited and being their mahram am required to accompany them as my father’s health does not permit him to accompany them on hajj. Also to take into consideration, that they have been accredited previously but due to other commitments and finances, were unable to attend hajj. Also, Alhamdulillah, in the last year I got married and my wife is pregnant with our first child who is due around the 10th of October. Hajj being the period towards the end of September Insha Allah the 23rd September. My question is, what responsibility takes preference in this case.
