Etiquettes and respect for the Quraan

Q: Do I need wudu to recite quran from my phone? Do I need wudu to use the Yaaseen kitaab for reciting or touching it?

Q:  In the bedroom, where can the Quaran be kept?  I have always kept my Quaran in a drawer of the dressing chest in the bedroom but now I am told that that is improper and should always be kept above head-high.
