Q: Can we use Qur'an software on mobile phones?
A: Yes, provided one maintains the respect of the Qur'an (e.g. When the words of the Qur'an are on the screen, one does not touch the words without wudhu or take it in the toilet).
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
وَمَن يُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللَّـهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِن تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ ﴿الحج: ٣٢﴾
