Types of Treatment

PRP (platelet rich plasma) treatment for hair growth

Q: There is currently a hair growth treatment that is being offered for people who suffer from serious hair loss.

In the treatment, blood cells are taken from a person with healthy hair (not your blood cells but from someone else). These cells are then genetically modified in a lab and mixed with a serum which is applied onto your head. They then do micro needling which allows the serum to get into your scalp.

During the process of the treatment, you are also required to use a minoxidil spray every night.

Is the above treatment permissible to use?

Female going to a male naturopath

Q: I am a female and went to a male naturopath and he checked my pulse which I thought he won't and felt really bad about it as a ghair mahram touched me. But now I really need treatment and haven't heard of a female naturopath. Is it okay for me to go to the male and is it fine if he touches my hand to check my pulse?

Woman going to a female doctor

Q: If my wife wants to go to the dr , but the dr is a female and I do not want her to go to a female dr because I do not support women being out of the home and the way the studies go on in universities, Is it fine if I get her checked by a male dr and only expose the parts she needs to get checked up by cutting out the material of an old garment under my supervision? Will this be fine or must she rather see a female dr?

Biomolecular isotherapy treatment

Q: I would like to know if biomolecular isotherapy is permissible. This therapy constitutes of removing blood from the body, spinning it, removing the plasma and taking it as medication orally. I have a severe case of psoriasis and I have tried different medication for a long time but has found no difference. This form of medication has been recently suggested to me.
