Q: Mene or meri wife ne wife k father ki pension ka check cash karwane k liye wife ka id card merey nam se hatwa kar unke walid k nam se banwaya is sare matter main nadra ka banda shamil tha jia document khud hi banye or agey bhejey or ab jb doobara wife ka id card apne nam se banwaya to jo nadra officer ne new nikah nama register kiya or copy hamey di likin us new nikah nama main wife talaq yafta show ho ri hai... Main ne na to mun se kahi na likh kar di na talaq ki neat ki pr nadra officer kehta k walid k nam jab apki wife ka id card m ne transfer kiya us waqt m ne jali talaq nama lagaya tha.. to ab apki rehnumai chai k kiya us nadra officer ki is harkat se mera or meri wife ka talaq ho gya ya nai?

Q: Mera sawal ya hai k agar 1 shakhs (admi/ladka) kisi third person se baat kar raha hota hai k us ki wife (bivi) us ki baat nahi sunti us se ijazat nahi lati kisi b kaam k liye or in wajohat ki bina pa aksar jahagra hota hai, app us se baat kar k us ko samjhiye k ase mamlat ane wale waqat me na dohraay wara baat zada kharab ho jaay gi agar asa phir se kya meri jayaz baat na mani bina ijazat ana jana or mashwara na liya to phir wo meri teraf se farige... Ya ane wale waqt k liye kaha ase surat me kya shari huqam ho ga ..? Laikn ya baat wife se nahi kar raha tha na hi wo mojood thi wo kisi k sath baat kar raha tha or baat ane wale waqt ki ki 

Husband saying "Our nikaah is haraam"

Q: I have been married for 27 years. My husband used to beat me but now his health doesn't allow so he calls names. Recently he crossed the line by saying that our nikaah is haraam and as a result our children are haraam. I am very upset and troubled. He prays 5 times a day and even wakes up for tahajjud. He has read the tafseer and been for hajj and umrah.

Conditional divorce ko dobaara karne se talaaq dobaara hogi?

Q: Agr koi shohar apni wife per conditional divorce rakhy k agr tm ne kabhi falan kam kia to tmhe mri traf se talaq ho ge or wife wo kam kar le aik talaq ho jaye or ruju bh ho jaye to ab dobara wo kam krme pr talaq to ni ho ge na qk shohar ne "whenever, jab bh" ka alfaz istemal ni kia tha bus ye kaha tha agr kbhi falan kam kro ge to tmhara mra rishta khatm ho jaye ga or tmhe mri taraf se talaq ho ge ye ni kaha tha k jb jb ya jb bh kro tmhe talaq ho ge

Q: Mere shohar nay mjhe aik talaq de di hai phone pe... aur wo dubai chalay gay hen mjse koi rabta nahi hai 3 months se ... mera sawal ha k agar mre shohar nay mjhe nikah ma wapis ni liya na mjse raju kiya hai to kya agar wo aik saal bad atay hen aur raju ka kahtay hrn to phr iss soorat main kaise raju kr sktay hen hamm??? Kya conditions honge jab k pahli talaq ho chuki hai 3 months pahle to raju ka kya tareeqa hoga

Doubt on whether talaaq took place or not

Q: Out of fear for a court case, the husband wrote in a letter to a lawyer that he and his wife are in the middle/process of separation, in the Dutch languauge. Does this count as 1 talaq or not even 1 at all? He saw this letter that he had once wrote while he was goimng through his emails. He defintly had NO intention to do so and even did not remember he had written this letter until a few days ago. Will this be 1 talaq or no talaq at all, since there was absolutely no intention and saw he wrote this letter almost 8 years ago. Now they are a very happy couple with three kids alhamdulilah.
