Replying to the Azaan and Iqaamah

Reciting Quraan or visiting the sick while azaan is being called out

Q: My Quraan teacher for tajweed and tahfeez is in another country and temporarily teaching me over the phone. During this, if Azan is called, do I need to stop or can I continue since my Qaari Sahib will not be aware of the azaan being called out at our place?

Can we continue to see and talk to the patients in clinic or should stop while the azaan is being called out?

Replying to the azaan of two masjids

Q: I live in a small village. In my village there are two masjids, one belongs to Ahal Hadeees, who follow Imaam Shaafi and the other belongs to Hanafi's (who follow Imaam Abu Hanifah).

When azaan starts in one masjid, the other will be starting prayers as they have completed azaan few minutes early. So in this system of prayers, the one azaan in any of two mosque is not given the heed that we are supposed to. So I would like to hear from you, is it wrong or not.
