Children playing outside azaan time

Q: Please advise if children are allowed to play outside during zawaal time, zohr azaan and asr azaan.

If they are allowed, does their hair need to be covered when they are outside during these times?

I am asking about kids that are not baligh yet.

A: Yes. But the best thing at azaan time is that silence should be observed. If during their tender ages these aspects of respect are instilled into their hearts, insha Allah for the rest of their lives they will learn to respect all areas of deen.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
