Q: Is it Sunnah for women that when they wear their rings, they should wear it with the front facing inwards (i.e. the stone of the ring facing inwards) as men are supposed to wear their rings?

Q: I want to know if it is compulsory for Muslim girls/women to wear bangles. I have relatives who say that if a girl/woman does not wear bangles, then even water from her hand is makruh. I have read many articles on this issue but I want a reference either from the Qur'an or Hadith so that I can be clear.
