Q: If anyone back bites another person but then the other person done more sin than the person who has back bited, and Allah knows that the person who has back bited has less sin than the other person, will Allah calculate to remove the sin for the person who back bited?

According to an intrepretation. If I make fun of someone speaking in other language which seems funny, is it as if I made fun of a language (Allah's sign) and thereby kufr?
