Q: Is giving a divorce a sin or is it a sin if 3 are given in 1 go?

Q: I gave my husband a khula but i'm going through my iddah but we want to reconcile. If he gave me two talaq already could we remarry?

Q:

1. I have married my husband with the intention of fulfilling my needs and after it to get a divorce from him. But now Alhamdulillah I realized that it’s very wrong and now I love him and want to be with him. So is our marriage valid?

2. Before marriage we did many things but not intercourse. So should I only repent to Allah?

3. Before marriage he gave me gifts like dresses, laptop, etc which I’m still using. So will it be permissible to use it now?

4. Few months ago he once said that you are divorced thrice but few minutes later he said it was due to anger. It’s been 2 years now but we still cannot do intercourse because I fear a lot. So is our marriage valid?

Q: I just wanted some advice on divorce. My husband gave me my first talaq before but we got back together n then second time he left. Q: May I ask firstly I separated from my ex husband back in Sept 2008 due to him been very abusive towards me and my children and my intention not to take him back in my life again. He agreed and said talaq to me once and walked out the door. The marriage never reconciliation after then and there was no communication in any way between us until 2012 when my daughter reported him to the social service for abuse and there was an investigation taken place where we had to go to court he was asked in front of 4 barristers and a judge whether he is still married to me or not and when did he give me an islamic talaq. He replied in front of the legal parties in court by saying that I am haraam for him every way possible even by looking at me he is doing a sin and I say it again in front of you that I have divorced this lady and she is no longer my wife. I was told by an imaam of my local mosque that by him saying this in front of the legal parties that my nikaah is broken with him, then due to having a court marriage as well I filed for divorce against him and he signed the paper 3 times. Am I right to think that I'm no longer binded with him.

Firstly could you please verify this for me as I am looking to remarry again.

Q: I want to ask about divorce. I have heard that you have to give your wife divorce 3 times in 3 months for it to count is that true. My husband gave me divorce in anger after few hours was back with me saying that it doesn't count in anger. He didn't know what he was saying and also that he have to give me 3 times in 3 months for it to count. Also want to ask if divorce count in period and in pregnancy and if husband do give in pregnancy but the next day or after few hours says he was angry, then does it count or not. Also if the wife is pregnant and is a lot angry and tell the husband to divorce her, keep on saying it and the husband get angry and say it even tho he didn't mean to say it, does it count?

Q: India courts has ruled against triple talaaq. Can you guide me on this judgement?

Q: If the marriage was not at all consummated and the couple got divorced thrice, then is halaala still a compulsion?
