Hijaab and Niqaab

Q: My wife recently had some interaction with female members of her family. Alhamdulillah, as we practice strict purdah and she remains at home, she was giving her female cousins Targheeb along these lines. 

One of her cousins is an Aalimah and then quoted the Ayat of Quran Shareef commanding the Azwaaj-e-Mutaharaat to stay at home, and then explained that this Ayat referred only to them and was not applicable to the women of today. 

My wife explained that the fitnah is far worse today and our piety cannot even be compared to their chastity and purity, but the “Aalimah” persisted saying that this is Quran and you cannot infer restriction on everyone when it is referring only to a select group. 

Please can Mufti saheb provide guidance with some proof, more for our itminaan than anything else.

Q: If someone (Muslim) calls a niqabi a "ninja" (not in a derogatory way or to mock niqab, nor to make fun of the person for wearing niqab), will it be kufr? 

What if the niqabi didn't think much of it and just passed it over as a joke, because she believes that the person was just joking and not trying to degrade her or something. 

Basically, a ninja can be considered good or bad, but it depends on what the ninja does (apparently).

Q: I am a 17 year old girl and I have a strong inclination to wear the niqaab. However, my father and grandmother said no. If I wear it, a bit of chaos will start in my household and I will be shouted and sworn at. I am okay with that but I don't know if it is better to wear the niqaab or to keep momentary peace in my family. 

Q: İs covering the face obligatory or recommended for women?

Q: In Indian airports, we are required to show our faces for immigration. There is no segregation for women, and many people are around while I reveal my face. What should I do?

Q: I just applied for a part-time job and they require that I remove my pardah (niqaab). I usually do not wear it in my home town due to my home situation as a revert and my family is against it and out of respect for them I do not wear it. However I made the intention to wear it full time even though my family would still disagree. 

My question is: What is the ruling on this and would it be advisable to wear it even though it may cause arguing and tension at home, and should I ever take off my niqaab (in future) for the sake of a job?

Q: When I go outside to my back garden to throw something in the trashbin or do quick task, sometimes I don’t wear a headscarf or I wear it loosely. It can be inconvenient to have to put on proper hijab if I’m only going to go out for a few seconds. However, I usually peek out to see if the neighbours opposite our house have their lights on in their window and/or if they are actually looking out of the window at the time of me going to the garden. If I can see them then I will cover myself, otherwise I won’t. If a couple of strands of hair are visible then I don’t see it as an issue as they would not be able to see my hair all the way from their window. Is what I’m doing permissible?

Q: My brothers wife says she has an inclination to females which she often has to fight... A couple of times she got caught in shaitaans trap. How should purdah be observed in front of her? Should my face be covered as well?

Q: What is the ruling of pardah in Islam? Is it compulsory/fardh. I am referring to the covering of the face?
