Performing salaah without performing ghusal

Q: I see that when some people from other countries pray salaah, they touch their toes and keep so much space between the shoulders. Please explain in detail if it is in Hadeeth.
Q: Say I recite the whole of Surah Alaq in one rakaah of salah, after performing the sajda tilawah of the last verse and getting up, do I recite the whole of the next surah al-qadr or just the first ayah?

Wo aat din mere paas rahi phir mere dusea bhaai ke paas isi sheher me aat din rahi phir mere paas aagayi he. Ab un ka iraada che din mazeed mere paas rehne ka he. Phir waapas gaon chali jaengi. Ab yahan wo poori namaaz ada karegi ya qasar namaaz ada karegi?
Q: I was born in Sylhet, Bangladesh and came to the UK at the age of 6. I am currently a permanent resident of UK and only visit my family and friends in Bangladesh after a few years. I still have a family house in Bangladesh but no personal belongings. When I visit Bangladesh, I stay in this house.

Q: Can I pray without ghusl because I was stuck in a situation that at that time I was short of time, i.e. if I do ghusl I will miss Salah. Can I pray by just doing wudu?
Q: Is it compulsory to recite Surah Fatihah in the third and fourth rakat of farz salaat. I have read somewhere that its not compulsory when reading salaat individually without jamaat.
