Q: I'm planning to enter a skit competition and I'm planning to use copyrighted music in the skit. If I do win the competition, Is the money I've won considered as haraam?

Going to a football stadium
Q: According to the below would it be permissible to go to a football stadium where there is music taking place?
(دعي إلى وليمة وثمة لعب أو غناء قعد وأكل) لو المنكر في المنزل ، فلو على المائدة لا ينبغي أن يقعد بل يخرج معرضا لقوله تعالى : - { فلا تقعد بعد الذكرى مع القوم الظالمين } در المختار
( قوله لا ينبغي أن يقعد ) أي يجب عليه قال في الاختيار لأن استماع اللهو حرام والإجابة سنة والامتناع عن الحرام أولى ا هـ رد المحتار

Q: Many times people post bayans of various Ulema on the whatsapp. There is usually a nasheed playing in the background. Many times it sounds just like music. Only after hearing very closely can one make out its not music. Will it be permissible to listen to such audios?

Room mates playing music
Q: I know that listening to music is forbidden in Islam. I reside in a hostel with 3 room-mates. Sometimes, they play songs, videos on loudspeaker and other students from different rooms also join them. In this case, what should I do? Since we live in secular country, I can't tell them to stop as everyone is free to do anything one desires
