Using a stone or baked brick for tayammum

Q: My mother is 70 years old...she is suffering from pollen allergy but the allergy is not restricted to only pollen months (feb-march-april)...The problem is the allergy continues through out the year. She is now even allergic to dust, water etc. The problem increases in winter as soon as she wakes up for fajar and does wudu. She starts coughing sneezing etc. and the same applies for all the prayers. Due to her age, when she coughs, some times urine drops leak out...then she has to go to washroom, do paaki, do wudu again and the problem increases further due to all this.. Again she has to do wudu and coughing etc. Her age does not permit to go through all this process again and again. So someone advised to do tayyamum especially for magrib and isha when she has the peak of allergy. My question is from where to get the paak soil for tayymum? We have a park in front of our home but many animals even pigs roam around there. We can't use that soil and the walls are all painted..no dust on them. What to do?

Making ghusal in a shower

Q:

1. As most houses have showers in the bathrooms for taking baths. Please advice what will be the way for taking ghusl-e-janaabat with shower.

2. I have hip dislocation from birth due to which I am not able to lift my legs after a certain height. As in most of the offices there isn't a proper place for wuzoo and people doing wozoo in the wash basin also wash their feet in the wash basin. My problem is that I can't lift my legs till the height of the wash basim. What should I do in that case?

Bleeding gums

Q: I very recently had my wisdom teeth removed, and will have another one removed in the next few weeks. After my tooth was surgically removed, it bled continuously for hours (after such procedures, there is continuous bleeding expect for 24-48 hours). Now, I know it is not permissible to swallow blood, however I cannot continuously rinse my mouth, in fact rinsing and spitting to harshly after such surgery can lead to dry sockets which are very painful. I also find it very difficult not to swallow for such a long time (it seems practically impossible for me). What should I do about the blood in this situation? (Note that this is not a small amount of blood). Also, so far I have been praying by having a good supply of tissue in my hand or on the ground next to me and spitting the blood out onto those as I pray. Is this acceptable? Lastly, how do I eat in this situation (when whatever I eat will no doubt mix with the blood in my mouth)? Thank you so much for your help. May Allah bless you.
