1. Is the nikah of a couple still valid when the couple, though staying under one roof, have no relations and no mutual closeness for almost 2 years?
2. How shall she proceed to have the talaaq?

Q: During Ramazaan while fasting, my husband raped me. When I refused to have relations with him, he violently raped me. Is kaffaarah necessary upon me as well?
Q: Suppose if I give my wife one talaq by word Insha Allah with the niyah of rejoining we are getting separated, and after that she is not fulfilling iddah. everyother day we are together. We are involved in sexual activity too. I found that that talaq is not valid. So to avoid doubt I said in my heart that I did rujoo in presence of Allah with my wife ( I took name and said daughter of Muhammad Iqbal). Will this talaq be issued? After sexual relationship is our marriage reconcieled automatically?
Q: My husband insists that we do golden shower (where he urinates on me and vice versa) and scat (where he stools on me and vice versa) during foreplay as this is his fetish. Is it allowed that we do this? I am scared that he maybe hit and abuse me if I refuse him of this pleasure. He also wants to ejeculate semen in my mouth when he cums. Is it allowed for him to do this because he says I will be getting sin and punishment if I do not obey him. Please give me some advise on what to do.
