Q: Is equality waajib during a journey?

Q: Mera ghar Jaranwaala he aur me Faislabaad me rehta hu jo Jaranwaala se pentees (35) km ke faasle par he or me har jume ghar jata hu. Ab me hafte ko subah Jaranwaala se Faislabaad aaya, do din Faislabaad raha or peer ko Jhang chala gaya jo Faislabaad se pachattar (75) km he, aur ayk din guzaar kar wapas aa gaya, ab kya waapas Faislabaad aa kar me qasar namaaz prhunga ya poori namaaz parhni hogi?

Q: I wanted to know if when you leave your town to travel and you have your periods and only get paak when you reach your destination, e.g. you leave from Durban while you impure and only in Canada you become paak and make ghusal, is your Salaah their qasar or full Salaah?

Q: Is a widow allowed to travel with her 12 year old son who is not yet baaligh?

Q: Is it not permissible to stay with one's wife and to have intercourse with her in the month of Safar?

Q: I want to ask that is it ok to start construction of a house in the month of Safar?

Q: Will I be regarded as a musaafir and hence perform qasar salaah if I stay for just 4 days at most in a place 130km from home. Also note that I will be travelling for a duration of a whole year. I leave home on a Monday morning and return Friday afternoon.

Q: I will leave Insha Allah for Hajj. I will stay from September 5 to September 22 in Azizia. Will I be a Musaafir or not?

Q: I want to know if I am considered as a mussafir or not. I went for umrah on the 19th December 2015 and returned on the 2nd January 2016. During my time in umrah I was in Makkah for three days, Madinah three days and in yanbu al bahr for 7 days. So please can you tell me if I am considered Musafir or not?
