Pulling a person back from the front saff in Jamaat Salaah

Q: If a person comes last in the masjid and there is no space in the first row

1. Should he slightly pull a person from the first row to stand next to him?

2. If the person from the first row comes back to join the person standing alone in the back, what should be the duty of the men who were standing left and right of the person who went back? Should they remain in their places or move closer? What is the proper way to fill that space?

Aage saff me bethna

Q: Musjid me namaaz ke waqt logo ke uper se aage janke saf me bethna gunaah he? Phir agar aage saf me jagah he ke ayk ya do aadmi beth jaye aur ham peeche khare ho to kya kare? Aur agar doosri saf me jagah ho bethne ki or now saffo tak log bethe huwe hai magar har saf me itni jagah logo ne chor rakhi he ke araamse chalke doosri saf me beth sake to kya kyajaye?

Foregoing one's place in the first saff for a senior

Q: It has been observed in madaaris, khanqaas, marakis and masaajid in general that students, mureeds, mamoors and general musallies at the time of iqaamat forego their place of the front saff by stepping backward into the second saff to give preference to the ustaad, shaikh, ameer or another Muslim in general, to take their place in the front saff. At times these individuals are in the saff well before hand. On the other hand the one given preference comes much later or even a short while before salaah. Can Mufti Sahib please explain if it is correct to do this? Can one forgo one's reward for another? Please shed any other information you have on this subject.

Performing Salaah outside the Haram

Q: In the Haram Sharif the gates of the masjid are closed early. Many people pray on the marble or in the street. At times there is a large space in between the saffs. Will the salah be valid if there is a large space in between the saffs on the marble or praying in the street? By praying on the marble outside the Haram sharif masjid or in the street, will a person get the 100 thousand reward because the gates of the masjid are closed early?
