Factors that break ghusal

Discharge

Q: I was sitting and doing nothing. I didn't have any sexual thoughts but some discharge came out. I went to the bathroom and urinated and then I washed 3-4 times. My question is that am I napak because the discharge came out. I wasn't thinking about anything bad? I have been having doubts. If I did become napak but got my periods but I took a shower, will the napaaki leave or will I be napaak and if I sit and use things will they become napak?

Dissecting dead bodies

Q: In medical school you have to take anatomy class and dissect cadavers (dead bodies) for educational purposes of course. The cadavers are non-Muslim as far as I know but you wear gloves and lab coat while dissecting.

1) Do you have to do ghusal every time you have that class because you dissected the cadaver or is wudhu sufficient to do wudhu to pray namaz?

2) If you have more classes after that and you just wash your hands do you have to read anything while washing them?

Ghusal after an orgasm or wet dream

Q: If you could please give some guidance on the situation it would help a lot. I have heard that females only need to do ghusal when they have an orgasm or wet dream. I am a very doubtful person and 1) sometimes when I am sitting I will feel some tingling once or twice but I don't feel an orgasm, do I need to perform ghusal? 2) This happens allot and causes me lots of stress. When I go to sleep I will see a dream and feel tingling but don't feel or remember feeling an orgasm, do I have to make ghussl? I get vaginal discharge all the time so its very hard for me to check if there is extra wetness. Please give some advice.

Discharge from the private part

Q: I suffer from severe OCD. I constantly think I am napaak and worry about my prayer not being accepted due to it. So I'm constantly changing my clothes and doing ghusal. I know that normal vaginal discharge only breaks wudhu and that you only have to do ghusl if you have intercourse, wet dream, or orgasm. But sometimes I get very confused. Sometimes I will randomly feel tingling and feel some discharge and will be confused as to whether or not I have to perform ghusal because I don't think it was an orgasm because I didn't feel weak after, or fulfilled, or pleasure or anything like that. It just happens and I get very scared because I think I will have to do ghusal again because this happens frequently and at random times I can't control. Please help me. I am constantly obsessing over this. In this case do I need to perform ghusl or just wudu?
