Reciting Attahiyyaat or Surah Faatiha twice in Salaah
Q: If you read attahiyaat twice in one rakaat do you have to do sajda sahw and if you read surah fatiha twice in one rakat do you have to do sajda sahw?

Q: I know a woman who have married with a man who already married two women and he didn't tell the truth, after some time this man beat his wife and treated her badly, at last he decided to kill her. When this woman sensed it she left her husband with out telling him to germany. After 3 years this woman married another boy but her ex-husband didn't give divorce and the wife also didn't take khula. During the 3 years the ex-husband didn't give nafaqah and didn't even search for her. Now is the second nikaah valid for this woman.
Note: The ex-husband by his wish did an operation not to have children and her ex-husband was not ready to talk and was just by name Muslim. This women told him so many times to leave her and she doesn't want anything from him but the husband said that I will take you to my brothers home and will leave you there for ever.
Q: I had a very strange dream. I dreamt that my father was telling me to leave Alim course of which I have one year left or doing first year and he is going to open a shop and I have to join him and I am telling my family how unfair because all these years he did not do it. Now when I am doing Aalim course and I am at a age of 52 he wants me to leave.
Q: I have questions about marriage. My grandparnt use to be go to jumatkhana, they were ismaily. But the new generation nobody goes to jumatkhana. I have never been there. Everyone in my family belives in Allah and Quran and my belief is also very strictly on Allah and Quran. I don't like to go to jumatkhana. When I got married we didn't know that my husband and his family were going to jummatkhana but my nikaah was the Islamic way so I lilke to know is my nikkah haraam or halaal. I have a 7 year old son too. We got separated for some other reasons.
Q: Is it true that to do family planning due to fear of shortage of money, food etc. is Haraam and a major sin? Also please tell me the conditions in which one can do family planning.
Q: Is it advisable to make tawaaf with one's shoes in a bag. There are no more shoe racks in haram and it is difficult to enter and leave from same door.
Q: Is it advisable to make ones daily wazaaif whilst a bayaan is taking place e.g. at Ijtima where bayaan will be long and one wants to read tasbih fatimi etc.
Q: Is it permissable to pass wind in the musjid if one is sleeping in the musjid e.g. in jamaat or i'tikaaf?
Q: I have found some message on my husbands phone to another female colleague with whom he works with and I have confronted him about it and he confirms it is only friendly message and nothing attached to it. Ever since I keep feeling suspicious about him and I just want to read his messages. I now don't trust him anymore. How do I overcome this problem. It is really disturbing me and I cannot concentrate on my salaah and it is making me so bitter towards him. I feel I am so sinful. Please help me and advise me how to overcome this situation.
