Women reciting softly in Salaah

Q: Is it correct the way I make my salaah? I am a female. In fardh salah I read loud, but not that someone in the room can hear me clearly, it’s almost as whispering: In first two rakahs – two surahs, ameen, all takbeers, all duas in ruku, sajda and tashahud. I read inwardly only moving my lips: In first two rakahs – authoo and bismillehirahmaniirrahim, semi Allahu liman hemideh In 3d and 4th rakahs – everything except takbeers and assalamu aleium va rahmatullah. In all sunnas and kazas I read all inwardly, only moving my lips. Is this correct? If not could you please correct the mistakes?

1. I always knew that two first rakahs in fard salah (except authoo, bismileh and semi Allahu liman hemideh) must be loud, but I aslo knew women’s voice is aura and she has to be not as loud as men, so was reading them not real loud but whispering. Do I have to repeat all my salahs?

2. And also, some say that even in 3d and 4th rakah all we read must be not inwardly but whispering so that we hear ourselves but no one else does. How important is that, can I continue just moving my lips? Do I have to repeat my salahs?

3. Don’t know you answer to 2. That’s why could you please specify, is authoo and bismilleh and semi Allahu liman hemideh has to be read just by moving lips always? It’s how I was told before.

4. When there are men in another room, can loud salah be read as whispering?

Doubts with regards to utensils being paak

Q: I used to eat haraam meat astaghfirullah. The najis meat was mixed with najis meat sauce and came into contact with plates, glasses and cutlery, therefore making them najis too. I cannot remember if I cleaned the plates/glasses/cutlery afterwards. However, I don't think they would have been left unwashed because plates glasses and cutlery are regularly washed in my house, especially by my mother. Additionally, it's been around 3-4 months since the plates/glasses/cutlery came in contact with najis (because I've stopped eating haram meat alhamdulillah) and in that time many of them have been used and washed several times by people in my house. Please bear in mind that I have many plates, glasses & cutlery in my house, and I cannot be sure which exact ones came in contact with the najis food. Do I assume them all now to be tahir, or najis? Will najis transfer on my hands and mouth through wetness, or if I eat wet food like curry off them? Please don't say "if there are no traces assume purity" because I've already come into contact with these items through wetness or eaten things like curry off them without checking for traces of impurity beforehand. And after eating wet food off the plates, my spit came into contact with some of my clothes. Additionally, what I may perceive to be traces of the haram meat could be remains from the halal meat cooked by my mother.

Giving the wife her full mahr after divorce

Q: One of my friends got married to a guy. Only nikaah was performed but no rukhsati. It was an arranged matter. The two people were in love and decided to consummate the marriage. But after few months of nikah their were some issues between the families of the guy and the girl, all those issues led to the divorce of the couple. Now when the things were exchanged between the families, half of the mahar was also returned as the family elders didn't know that the couple had consummated the marriage. My friend has not forgiven any mehar to her ex husband. In that case what does the Quran and hadith say? Kindly enlighten me about the matter. Does the guy owe her that rest half of mehar that was returned at the time of divorce?
