Q: I have the habit of reciting aayat ul kursi (once) followed by the last three surahs 3 times each and then doing a dum on myself and my family members who are living in other places and countries by imagining their faces one by one and doing dum in the approximate direction.
I would generally do that amal at any time of the day with the intention of safety and well-being of myself and the loved ones. I would like to know:
1. Is such practice permissible and supported by some evidence?
2. Is there any added significance and benefit of continuing this practice compared to normal masnoon prayers for self and family members?
3. Or whether it's an innovation and should be avoided?
Q: What surah is best to recite for difficulties related to property matters and sale, Surah Ar Rahman or Surah Al Fath. I've completed a Quran Khatam and Yaseen Khatam as well. Please advise
