Joining the jamaat late

Q:

  1. If the Imam is in or has just gone in to Ruku and one joins the Jamat, do you have to drop the hands to the side and stand a few seconds after saying Allahu Akbar or can one just raise the hands, say Allahu Akbar and go straight in to Ruku?
  2. If one joins the Jamat late and before finishing reciting Attihiyyat up until Abdoohoo Wa Rasoolooh, the Imam does Salam, does the person complete the recitation of Attihiyyat or does he stand up immediately to complete the missed rakats?

Premarital relationships

Q: My fiancé is in London and is struggling. He has now applied for a work permit and is about to complete his degree. I am now 25 and still at home it has become difficult for me and they depend upon his work permit in London where as I tell him its Allah who has to feed us. Please give me wazifa for him so he can get settled and we can get married. Also a wazifa for my own rizq as I am working and earning and I have to fix my wedding with it. I hope you understand my both problems and deal with both of them separately or a combined wazifa. But please guide me with both.
