Washing one's hands last

Q: We live in the same flat eat dinner together, one of the person among us, use to finish dinner late and wash his hands after all of us. Initially I felt like he is following sunnah but later he started doing it intentionally like he finished his dinner before all of us but still waits for all of us and even sometimes if he get up from dining, he don’t wash his hands until and unless we all washes ours. He roams around the house with those unwashed hands. We usually meet for dinner only and this person intentionally starts his dinner in last and washes his hands in last. i.e. after everyone. He is the first guy who sit on dining but still he waits for everyone. Couple of times, I told him to start the dinner, he didn’t, he used some tricks here and there but didn’t started and even same happened to wash the hands after dinner. I am
confused if this is his superstition or sunnah or what? It seems like me others also observed him but never discussed it, as it is quit silly but I feel uneasy joining with such person who has superstition or shirk. Please appreciate if you could spread some light on this activity and send
some rules of eating and ethics.

Buying a car in Muscat

Q: I have 2 questions and please give me a satisfactory answer:

  1. I am a teacher in Muscat and I need a car. I can't pay full price so decided to go to bank meethaq which is an Islamic bank as I don't want to pay interest. The car is of 9000 rials and they will finance up to 80% of the amount and I will pay 20% of it as  down payment. 20% of 9000 is 1800. So we have 7200 left and they lease it for 5 years but if I calculate the instalment, its 120 rial but they told me that it will be 140 rial and said that its the devaluation 3.3% we are charging which is allowed in Islam and is murabaha in Islam. So please tell me is it halaal or haraam?
  2. I went to honda motors and they said that they have car of 9000 rials. I will pay 10% and the rest they will pay and they charge interest but its like buying furniture on instalments. They say that its profit for them. So please clear my doubts and need a quick reply

Maid breastfeeding the child

Q: I want to ask about (awrah of non-muslim women) in front of muslim men. My wife can not produce milk for breast feeding our child. In our house a non muslim maid working she is healthy and active as well. We also checked her medical reports all were clear so Maid is feeding our child. Yesterday my wife was not present in home during that time I did not allow maid to feed my child alone because I don't trust her. First time yesterday she was feeding in front of me and she did not cover her breast properly. I asked few of my friends about this matter "awrah" they told me that there is no awrah for Non muslim women. It is allow to see non muslim womens naked body.

My question is that:

  1. What is the minimum awrah for non muslim women in front of muslim men?
  2. It is permissible for me that I order my non-muslim maid to feed my child in front of me?
  3. My friends told me that if you see non-muslim woman naked there is no sin. it is right?
