Q: I would like to seek clarification regarding the permissibility of blood transfusions, organ transplants, and related medical procedures in Islam. Specifically, I would appreciate guidance on the following: 

1. What is the ruling on receiving and donating blood? 

2. What is the ruling on organ transplantation in general? 

3. Is there any ijma on the permissibility of organ transplants, as some individuals claim? 

4. Are there differences of opinion regarding organ donation during one’s lifetime versus after death? 

Q: Alhamdulillah by the mercy of Allah, I have been consistent with my salaah with Jamaat for many years, and have no qadha from the age of 17 onwards. However, before that unfortunately I used to miss most of my Salaah. 

My family wants me to go for Umrah but I don't feel it to be the right thing for me to join them, as I haven't completed my qadha salaah yet. I feel it's doesn't make sense to do that great but nafl amal when a compulsory amal is outstanding. I would feel extremely uncomfortable visiting the Kabah Shareef and Madinah, including the mubarak qabr of Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), and then conveying the durood with such major sins and unpaid debt on my shoulders. I understand that there is obviously barakah in Umrah, but there might be barakah in making qadha salaah as well (in my opinion). 

In addition, I find that my concentration and devotion to any nafl amal is weak and I always feel that I'm wasting time since I'm not prioritizing what is more important in the sight of Allah. Please advise.

Q: If a woman's eyebrows are joined together in between, such that it looks bad and manly, is it permissible to remove the part which is present in between and above the nose?

Q: Is it permissible for a husband to beat his wife? Men justify the beating by saying there is a hadith to say that hitting is permissible. If this hitting is not permissible, what will be the consequences in the akhirah?

Q: I was reciting the tashahud and I wasn't sure if I pronounced something wrong or not, so I recited at-tahiyat from the beginning, was this ok?

Q: Is it permissible to listen to binaural beats for sleep? I am a very sensitive person about sound. I am living in a bachelor room. My room partner snores so I cannot sleep easily. I spoke to him about his snoring but there's no improvement. Does Islam allow listening to binaural beats like: Rain with thunder storm sounds, ocean sounds and sounds with a piano?

Q: I am interested in purchasing a company that manufactures malic acid. The acid is used in the manufacture of sweets to make them taste sour and also used in the manufacture of beer to give it a sour taste. 

The main customer base of the company is the breweries. 

Will it be permissible for me to purchase the company and maintain the same customer base?

Q: Is it mentioned in any hadith that a goat is an animal of jannah?

Q: What is the ruling regarding food items etc, that are in the house which the helpers see all the time, is it necessary to share this with them always, or sometimes to share it with them is fine?

Q: I would like to seek guidance regarding promoting a women’s modest clothing business on Instagram. 

1. Is it permissible to advertise modest clothing using female models if their faces are covered or not shown at all (for example, only showing the lower body such as the outfit from the shoulders down or waist down)? 

2. If using human models in this way is not permissible, would it be allowed to use AI-generated images to promote the clothing, where the “model” is not a real person and the face and eyes are also covered or not shown (only the lower body is visible)? 

My intention is to maintain modesty while still presenting the clothing in a presentable and appealing way for customers.
