Q: I write to you dear Mufti Saheb on behalf of a close family relative. The situation is regarding Talaaq. Some time ago he whilst having a discussion with his wife mentioned to her: "when you were my wife" I do not know in what context either jokingly or what but he does not recall the context but did not intend divorce, he has told her straight after this incident that if divorce had fallen he revokes it. Secondly, recently he had a heated argument with his wife in the car and told her angrily get out of the car and he recalls telling her numerous times if it would make you happy why don't you leave? However they are extremely happy currently and he would like to know what is the status with talaaq falling?
Q: Kindly which names are Quranic and which are not?

Q: Is it true that Hazrat Yusuf's daughter name was Minsa? I've searched a lot haven't found any reference. Also what were his other daughters names?
Q: I cheated with my wife by sleeping with another women. My wife came to know about it. She says if I say it's true then she wants talaaq. Should I lie to her that it's not true and continue with our marriage or should I tell her the truth.
Q: I have a question regarding inheritance. If someone could please kindly answer. I would be most grateful. A father has 5 children, 3 sons and 2 daughters. His house is in his ownership. he makes a verbal arrangement amongst some family members that this house belongs to one of his sons, although by law he does not transfer the ownership of the house to that son during his lifetime. The mother insists that even though the father is still alive , the son to whom the house is promised after the fathers death must pay his younger brother his share of the value of the house. Regarding the 3rd remaining brother it is verbally decided that he will not receive any share of the value of the house as his parents have already financially helped him. Furthermore it is agreed that the two daughters will not inherit and they both verbally express they forgo their right of any inheritance in favour of two of their brothers. If you could please give me the Islamic ruling on the validity of all this.

Q: I wanted to ask regarding a woman having a bath on Friday but not attending the Jumuah Salaah. As far as I know the Friday bath is mustahab for those attending Jumuah Salaah only, but it's commonly thought that women who pray at home should still have a bath on Fridays as it is regarded as a Sunnah. Is this true? Please could you let me know the exact ruling for women.
