Q:

1) If a female falls pregnant as a result of Zina, then marries the father of the child when she is 3 months pregnant, is the child still illegitimate? and cannot inherit?

2) Also please advise regarding the inheritance of such children? I heard that there is a 33% portion of ones wealth that can be distributed to illegitimate children or to any other persons that are not allowed to inherit such as neighbours, friends, maid etc

Assisting a sick person to perform Salaah

Q: I have an aged grandmother who has been diagnosed with alzheimer's disease. Unfortunately, her condition has deteriorated to such an extent that she forgets many things. Her salaah is one of the things that she is constantly confused about. She performs Salaah at incorrect times, says she read it when she hadn't read it and mixes up the salaahs. She also forgets to perform wudhu, sometimes performs it incorrectly, and at time makes tayamum. We try to correct her and guide her, but sometimes it is impossible. What is the correct ruling in this regard?

Premarital affairs

Q: Last year, my girlfriend became pregnant. I tried to make things right by making Nikaah (I did not make Nikaah immediately). Unfortunately, things got complicated and I think under the influence of her mother and family members, she wants nothing to do with me and doesn't allow me to see my child. In fact, she has taken out a court injunction against me so I cannot make any contact with her or the child or else I will go to prison on the premise that if I see the child she fears that I will abduct the child and take the child to Pakistan. Her family is adamant that they do not want me to have anything to do with her or the child! I have tried to talk in an amicable manner with her but to no avail. I have not seen her or the child for about 3 or 4 months now. I send things for the child via a third party. I wanted to know Islamically, what can I do about this? What advice can Hazrat give me? Do I divorce her? How can I get to see my child again? I am aware that I have made a terrible mistake and I have asked Allah for forgiveness but I am struggling inside. My heart is burning because I cannot see my child.

Becoming baaligh

Q: A few months back before I became baaligh I masturbated and semen came out. It just appeared and it did not shoot out. I took it as though I was baaligh and after that whenever I masturbated semen just appeared. It did not really shoot out. Ever since I did not have a single wet dream. I am not sure whether I have wet dreams as my semen does not shoot out. My penis is still really small but I am 15 years old. 1. Did I become baligh at that time when I first masturbated? 2. Is salaah made as an imam accepted? My penis is still small. What should I do. Alhamdulillah I did not masturbate for 3 months and I don't think I had a wet dream either. Please answer everything in detail.
