Talking to a girl on Facebook

Q: I wanted to know if there's anyway to keeping a relationship halaal. I know that seeing a girl is haraam, touching is haraam. But, what if I talk to a girl on Facebook? Just a simple chat to know her very well! I will not see her, no phone contact too. I'm a student and until I get settled and get married with her, I would like to talk to her on Facebook just for a few minutes. I ain't making any zina, right? When I start earning, I will talk to her parents. My parents do allow for love marriage but in a halaal way. I don't believe in arranged marriages. I don't trust girls of today's generation! I want to go with the halaal way. Please guide me with correct answers.

Reciting the same Surah in two rakaats

Q: During Salah, if one recited a particular Surah after Surah Al Fatiha in the first rak'ah (for example, one recited Surah Al Kauthar), and then in the second rak'ah, after reciting Surah Al Fatiha, one begins to recite Surah Al Kauthar and then realises that he has already recited this Surah in the first rak'ah, and so he immediately starts again by reciting a different Surah (for example, Surah Al Ikhlaas). Does this action require sajdah sahw, since he was reciting a particular Surah, then stopped, and started again by reciting a different Surah?

Working as a research analyst in a stock brokerage firm

Q: I wanted to ask a question about the job of research analyst in a stock brokerage firm or mutual fund. My degree major is finance so I want to know if working as a research analyst for any stock market company is halaal? Basically, the job is to do research on companies, look at their financial statements and analyse their performance and then give a recommendation on whether to buy the stock or sell it. I understand that investing in Shari'ah compliant stocks are allowed but I won't be investing. I'll just be researching and giving opinions. Also, I won't be researching on banks and insurance companies whose business is unlawful. So is this job halaal?
