Remaining silent during Salaah for such a period where one can recite three "Subhan Allah"

Q: In the Hanafi madhab, if you remain silent (during prayer) for a time period where one can recite "Subhan Allah" 3 times, then it becomes waajib for the person to perform Sajdah Sahw. If, however, the individual did not perform Sajdah Sahw, does he then have to repeat his prayer? What if, in the past, the person did not pay attention to this fact during his prayer, and he now has several prayers where he was required to perform Sajdah Sahw, but he did not do so. Does he have to repeat all those prayers?

Keeping the Qur'an behind one's back

Q: I have noticed in some parts of the world e.g. Pakistan, they lay great importance on not having the Quran behind ones back, to the extent that even if you are at the back of a small musjid and are reading Quran and someone in the first saff is directly in front of you, they would tell you to move and get very angry about it. On the other hand in many other countries sitting directly behind someone's back and reading Quran is not considered wrong. What is mufti sahebs view on this matter of the Quran behind the back?
