Q:  

1. Is it permissible to let the non muslim to visit the one close to death or after his death?
2. Is the law of those who is in janabat similar to the non muslim in approaching the mayyit before and after his death?
3. Is it sunnat muakkada to make the whole body face the qibla in the qabr?
4. Is it mustahab to use gloves while washing the body (besides the private parts)?
5. Which parts of the woman’s body the itr is applied?
6. Is it the hunoot that is put on the sajdah places of the mayyit?

Q: If a muslim who peforms salaah only in ramadan and in the remaining months performs sometimes jumah salaah slaughters a goat or a halal animal, can I eat of it?

Q: Is it true that in the Hadith Allah Ta'ala curses women who ride horses? If yes, how authentic is the Hadith and what is the ruling of this Hadith according to the Fuqaha? What about ladies driving? Does this Hadith apply to them also here? (i.e. driving)

Q: I'd like to know if it is permissible to eat in utensils made out of "bone china"?

Q: I should not be saying this but it is bothering me. When something bad happens to me I lose my temper and say very very bad things about Allah Ta'ala like he is not merciful, he is cruel, and I also curse Allah (Naudhubillah). Do I become a Kafir on saying this? Are all my good deeds wasted by saying this? If I don't become a kafir, can I repent for these sayings?

Q: I relapsed into drugs after years this past weekend, my wife which is 3 months pregnent with our second child and I had an argument about it, I was very angry at the time I said talaq 3 times at once over bbm while not in the right frame of mind. Is it still valid? We are both in deep regret I do not know where to turn. I did make a mistake taking the substance over the weekend and have already booked for a rehab. Due to the facts sent by msg, thrice at once, wife being pregnent, being under the influence these factors could perhaps make it null and void.

I have forgotten to mention that my wife and I were separated previously and that I gave a single talaq straight after we had separated. We had only decided to reconcile after 10 months. I am unsure on this, did this mean we had to make nikah again if we got together after 10 months? Does this mean the few months we spent together was haraam and is the triple talaaq I gave void since we we're actualy not married again?

Q: If a man has issued a 3rd talaaq to his wife, not knowing she was on her monthly menses (period) at the time, is the talaaq valid? Both are following the Hanafi madhab.

Q: My question today is about 2 very unusual dreams that I had one after another, I prayed my fajr salah this morning and went back to sleep and saw that I was at my parents house and my sister saw that a mirror was broken (just from the edge) so she tried hanging it on the wall against the wall where there was another broken mirror just in the same way and as she was trying to hang the second one the first fell and broke completely so she got angry and dropped the second one intentionaly and then with anger started braking everything in the room that was made out of glass and the room was full peices of glass, when I saw her do this I got angry and said to her "Saima have you gone mad? We got a baby in the in the house aren't you even bothered about her that you've created such dangerous atmosphere in the house?" And I can't exactly remember but I think I hurt myself too as the small peices were everywhere, and suddenly I woke up and realised it was a dream so I spat three times on my left read Awoozu billahi minashaitaanirajeem thrice and turned right side and fell back to sleep. Then I dreamt again what I saw this time was my sister in laws uncle was going pakistan so we went to see him the night before and as we were about to leave I helped my sister in laws auntie take the dishes to the kitchen and when I entered the kitchen it was in a very great mess so i thought i'll
quickly give her a hand before leaving so I started washing the dishes and as I was about to finish I just had a metal bowl left which was at the bottom of the sink and the water that was running created a hole in the metal bowl I got a bit shocked to see that and before I said anything I realised that my hands were also melting and as soon as I noticed this I ran outside the house towards our car where my mum, sister and my 2 kids were, when I saw them them they were facing the same situation (that their bodies were slowly melting) and I looked outside and people were dying, I realised that it was time for all of us to go so I read Laa ilaha ilallahu Muhammadurra soolullah very loudly so everyone would remember to read before death and as I was reading I woke up.... These two very wierd dreams I had just now. Could you please explain what they could mean?

Q: Please can mufti saheb explain the aspect of a women's voice being part of the pardha? Someone has presented arguments that in time of Sahaba this was not found and they used to talk to Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and that one of Imam shafi RA teachers was a woman.
