Q: Could a parliament (not elected, more similar to China) exist in a caliphate as a structured form of shura or would enforcing shura be against the sharia?

Q: I am a 30 year old female not married and staying with my parents. I am not earning and do not have a job. My parents do not provide me with money. I have to sell things and make do. I have food on the table, I have jewellery of my own, some which I had bought when I had money and some was given to me. It exceeds zakaat nisaab. 

I try my best to pay all my zakaat. I am currently falling back on my zakaat. Is it permissible for me to collect zakaat even though I have jewellery?

Q: Musallees are reading salaah in a tent/wood and iron structure. This structure was destroyed or partly damaged in a recent storm. Money is collected to build a Musjid. Can the committee use these funds to renovate the temporary structure?

My husband was not in ihraam, he then trimmed off a fingertip length of a lock of hair, not the entire bottom of the hair. We thereafter kissed and only realized later on that the entire bottom of the hair needed to be trimmed. Is there any penalty for this?

He cuts meat and so forth, but this person works with pork meat etc. Will it be permissible for my father to work for him even though my father does not consume their food etc.?
