1. If a person feels splashes of water on the uncovered part of his body, like on his back while making istinjaa, that water is impure and napak. How do we clean that part of the body?

Q: How do I go about in carrying out my vow? I made a vow that if I find my lost item, I will give a certain amount of money in sadaqah.
Alhumdulillah with the grace of Allah I have found it and I wish to carry out my vow. Please advise as to who I can give the money to, can I give it to a family member, or a beggar that comes to our door, can I buy something with the money and then give it in sadaqah or should I give the money in sadaqah just like that?
