1. My mother gave me her gold bangles before she passed away and instructed me to use them to build/support a masjid I had them for a while but unfortunately we had a burglary in our hose and almost everything valuable ( I had no insurance on them ) now what is my position on fulfilling my duty/debt on this please? I have not a lot/full value in cash to carry out the responsibility I was trusted to fulfil.
2. My fathers wealth. We were four brothers one passed away a long time ago 35 years and he left a daughter who at time was only three years old my family decided to get her mother to marry my v young brother to her mother who is still married to her and has three of his own children + one niece/daughter whom he brought up v well and is now married has family of her own point is my father did not leave a written will (common in our culture) but had expressed his will/opinion i.e. she (my late brother daughter+her mother are now) are now my younger brother family etc so my both parents (both passed away recently) intention will understanding was same that the wealth would be divided in three alive brothers but again common thing in our culture/fam my uncle being elder has different ideas as my younger bro wife is also his sister in law (uncles) and is v v close to him so he saying it should be divided in four in favour of his sister in law complication comes as some of our father wealth is mutual with uncle ie before my parents passed away we swapped some properties mutually with my uncle but never transferred registered them to any ones names they remained on my father and uncle names but since then my uncle has sold his entire wealth that he got from us/my father in swap but still has our share which is on his name but wont transfer it to us unless we do it to by his will ie divide by four. What is the shariah law in this situation?
Q: A month ago I went to perform umrah. When I was at home and planning for umrah, I was feeling blessed and happy and I started crying whenever I think about Ka'bah and Roza of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). But when I really reach there, I cannot feel anything. I cannot cry there. I was really upset thinking that Allah is not happy with me that is why im not crying but then I think if Allah was not happy, He will not allow me to this holy place. But I am still upset. I don't know what happened to me. It is unbearable.
Q: What is the definition of twilight? In beheshti zewar English it says the redness on the western horizon, when that disappears then esha time comes in. However some kitaabs mention the twilight according to imam Abu hanifa as the whiteness after the redness. Which is correct. Why is it mentioned as redness in the beheshti zewar, would this not make our esha time early like the shafis etc.
Q: My daughter has a strange nose. It is very asymmetrical where one side is bigger, wider and a different shape. It does not bother her or cause her physical harm and she is unaware due to young age but I fear when she does realise this defect. I contemplate would she be able to do plastic surgery in order to correct this and if not, what actions should I take so that she does not feel insecure?
Q:
1) I know that it is not permissible to give zakaat to any non-Muslim. However, generally we are allowed to help needy and poor non-Muslims. The question is, there are some groups such as Shia, Qadiyani, Munkireen e Hadith which claim to be Muslim but in reality they are out of the fold of Islam. These three groups mentioned above(and probably some other groups also) are known as Zindeeq. Is my understanding correct?
2) Is it permissible to help poor and needy people belonging to such Zindeeq groups?
3) Is it permissible to give any other sort of help and aid (not financial) to these Zindeeq groups?

Q: I have adopted Islam and married a Muslim man. I have two daughters from my earlier marriage who was a Hindu man. My daughters have not adopted islam yet. We keep on trying to make them understand and adopt Islam. My elder daughter is fifteen years old and younger one is 13 years old. Elder daughter gets angry whenever we talk about changing religion and wants that we should not talk to her regarding religion in future. Younger one says she will very soon adopt Islam. I want to know how should my husband interact with my elder daughter after knowing that she will never convert to Islam? I also want to know can my husband make dua for them as they are non-muslims but they are his daughters?
