Q: My father is committing zina. He always commits zina with the call girls. Me and my elder brother know about it but due to respect we can't talk to him. Please suggest something and guide us according to Islam?
Q: I know that if you miss a waajib in prayer, you must perform sajdah-e-sahw, and if you fail to do so, you should repeat the prayer, so long as its time remains. However, once the time for the prayer is over, the prayer is not to be repeated. What is the status of missing a waajib act in a qada prayer? If you miss a waajib in a qada prayer, and you failed to perform sajdah-e-sahw (or you performed sajdah-e-sahw incorrectly, i.e. you made only one sajdah), do you then have to repeat that qada prayer? Is it merely recommended to repeat that qada prayer or is it waajib to repeat that qada prayer?

Q: A person is making i'tikaaf in the Musjid. I know it will not be keeping to the spirit of i'tikaaf for him to play with his cellphone in the Musjid or make unnecessary calls. However, will it be permissible for him to use the cellphone for some important need?
Q: A person has a small Qur'an in his top pocket. Would it be permissible to perform Salaah with it in the pocket because in sajdah the Quran would be quite low?
Q: A person is performing Salaah reading his dhor and he forgets where he is. He thinks for a few seconds and goes back and continues. Does this pause make sajdah sahw necessary?
Would this change depending on the Salaah he was performing e.g. if it were sunnats or taraweeh or fardh etc?
