Talaaq via sms

Q: I got married three months ago to a boy few days after nikaah. He went back home as his parents didn't know he was married and he told me he will be back before the school opens. Ever since then we started fighting. I landed up in ICU two weeks after our nikaah. I was then sedated for 2 weeks after wards whereas my mind set was altered  and a lot of things wasn't remembered and I remained in hospital for six weeks until discharge. Few days after I landed in ICU I was apparently fighting with my husband via sms, most of which I cannot recall, as my mindset was altered and apparently talaaq was given and I don't know in what manner or how it was said, or written, because my mindset was altered I was sedated everything was blurred as I was having status epilepticus so they kept me on rivatrol sedated and I was merely opening my eyes few times a day for few minutes in 4 weeks. I refute his talaaqs completely and don't accept it. He cannot prove these talaaqs as he doesn't have these messages to show me.

Reciting wazifas on the prescribed time

Q:

1. If a wazifa is started before the day ends and during the wazifa the day ends, then is that day still counted or does it become a missed day and thus nullified? Like I have started a wazifa a few minutes before Maghrib and then it became Maghrib time and have done another tasbih after Maghrib, but will these two tasbeehs which were done before and after Maghrib still count or not, or will just one of them count because Islamically the day ends at Maghrib and a new day begins. Both of these tasbeehs were separate but counted as a single wazifa. Also, can a Wazifa be done within the 24 hour time we follow or do we have to follow the Islamic time? Like if I do a wazifa on Wednesday, then does it need to be done before Maghrib time which will be Thursday night Islamically? Because for the time we follow, it wouldn't be considered Thursday until midnight.

2. Also, if I do a wazifa for 40 days by doing it for 40 nights, but If I miss one night or if I want to change the timing for the day time, then can I do it in the day time of that day? And if I do it for 40 days during the day time, can I change it for the night time of the next night? I hope you understand what I mean.

Revoking a talaaq

Q: My husband and I are going through some rocky road. I would like to know another thing, he has already uttered talaak out loud just between the two of us, and it has been three months that we have been apart (not living under the safe roof). Do we need to have make nikaah again if we decide to reconcile?

Cursing one's children

Q: I have a son who is married. He and his wife both live with us for the last 6 years since marriage. Mashallah they have three beautiful children aged 4, 3 and 1. My son is always arguing and shouting at his mum but she is forgiving. The daughter in-law when asked to discuss issues always starts shouting at both of us saying we gang up on her. I have told them any person that shouts parents and does not listen to them and is not considerate with their parents the doors of hell are open. Am I right?
