Q: I would like to know I signed an ante nuptial contract prior to me making Nikaah, a month later we made nikaah and a further month later we registered our marriage (South African Legal Marriage). I am married for two years now. I have now come to know I made an error in the ante nuptial contract and for it to be corrected, we would have to "legally" divorce in terms of South African Law, then enter into a new Ante nuptial contract, and then re register our marriage. Both my spouse and I do not want to get divorced islamically, If we do get a "legal" or "civil" divorce will this affect our nikaah? We can do the default divorce whereby the wife initiates divorces, the husband receives the summons (he has ten 10 to defend, if he does not defend, the divorce will be given by default by the SA courts). I am asking this as it is important to me to ensure my ante nuptial contract is in order. This is affecting my mental ability to think and do my work, as it is always on my mind.

We are leaving for umrah in one days time and really in need of naseehat as some people who are studying deen advise that the sin is great if purdah touches the face, so rather not wear. Whilst another person who frequents haram sharief says that ihraam purdah was only introduced recently by the conserved Indian ulama and yet another apaa says that wear a normal purdah and pay dum.We want to wear the ihraam purdah. What is the dum? And can we please be advised regarding purdah in Haram Sharief whilst in ihraam?
Q: I would appreciate your guidance on the following two queries/issues.
Query/Issue #1: I will refer to two individuals as “Person A” and “Person B”. Person A had 2 packets containing money. These packets were given to Person B by mistake. The same day, Person A had informed Person B of the mistake and requested that these parcels be returned. Person A had a full account and record of the money, who it belonged to, date and amounts. Unfortunately Person B has now taken “ownership” of this money parcels unjustly and does not want to acknowledge nor accept Person A version and has discarded all these records that was with the parcels. Person A has taken an oath that the money parcels belongs to Person A. What is the Sharia ruling (Islamic ruling) on who has the right to these money parcels.
Query/Issue #2: If some money was left in trust with an individual, and such money was taken unjustly and without neglect by the responsible individual, is this individual liable for returning and/or executing on the instruction of such money?
