Q: Is the nikah valid of baligh girl who married a boy with mehr and proper witnesses but her mother is displeased. Can such a nikah be null and void?
Q: Is it permissible to have the Walima 1 or 2 weeks after the Nikah, or does it have to be done within 3days after the Nikah?
Q: What is the requirement for Walima? Is it necessary that the bridegroom has sex with his bride and then has the walima the next day. If the bride has her periods on the wedding night and the bridegroom cannot have sex with her can the walima be performed the next day? Will the walima be valid or not? Please answer in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
Q: There is a couple who are separated for nearly two years, and recently they divorced - now the wife asked for divorce. I want to know if the husband has to pay her anything, like mehr money, as the wife demanded mehr money and some others. Is it right? does the husband have to pay even if the wife divorces the husband?
Q: My question is that one of my friends had a fight with his friend and in anger he said to him that `if I ever talk to you, my coming wife will have a (kullama) divorce.' While saying this no women was in his mind, I mean whosoever he will marry she will have a kullama divorce. Now he wants to talk to that person again and wants to get married also.
