Q: Does a nikah done as a joke (just for the sake of fun) in a friends gathering without the presence of the wali, become valid?
Is it valid when the girl says yes just because of peer pressure of acceptance in a group and without having the knowledge of the sensitivity of this subject/issue of nikah.
Q: I am a boy who studies in school. I am very shy and modest and I do not like to be mixed up with girls. In my class I am from the engineering group in which there are 3 girls and 2 boys including me. My friend is mostly absent, so I am the only boy studying with the other 3 girls. I am very tense because of this as this is against my nature and I cannot tolerate this.

Q: A few weeks back my father met a Moulana, who gave him an amal to perform for solution to any problems.
Starting on a Thursday night either after Maghrib or Esha salaah, without communicating with anyone, one should recite the following 11 Durood before and after 70 X Surah Fatiha on Thursday and should be decreased by 10 each day thereafter. The amal should be repeated for 5 weeks without any breaks.
I would like to that during the period that a female experiences her menses, does she stop performing the amal during the time and restart on the first Thursday after she becomes paak or can she continue performing the amal.

Q: I am a girl but I have a friend who is a guy. I recently started practicing Islam. I told him to practice the same. I am happy that he did. Now I learnt that the interaction with non-mehrams should be avoided. I told him about it but I am afraid that he will move to the wrong path because I am really important to him. What should I do? I can’t abandon him because he will move to the wrong path. And I can’t stay because it’s not allowed.
Q: A girl I know has done a nikaah with her boss. She did not have her guardian present and there was no written documents. They had a supposed molvi reading the nikaah and two witnesses. It was all verbal. Does the nikaah stand?
Q: I have been in a relationship with a boy for the past year and it resulted in us both committing a disgraceful act and has resulted in a child. We have repented and asked for taubah and want the baby to be legitimate in the eyes of Allah by performing nikaah. The problem is with my mother, she does not agree to this and says I am too young and also she is not religiously inclined when it comes to marriage in Islam. Q: I previously purchased a playstore account with 7 more girls in university. Now I am starting my own android app business so I will buy my own separate playstore account as my intention is to sell features of my urdu learning app. There is some different process to put the app on the playstore for sale. So I want to make a separate test app to test the process of selling.
My question is, can I do this testing on the previously purchased playstore account which is owned by the 7 girls from university and myself. I will only do the testing for the selling process with the permission of the 7 other girls. If yes, do I need to share my profit with those 7 girls when I will be selling my app later on?
