Why is performing Salaah at sunrise, zawaal and sunset prohibited?

Q: What is the reason behind prohibition of Salaah during Tulu' (Sunrise), Zawal (Zenith) and Ghurub (Sunset) period of the sun?

A: The hadeeth has prohibited this.
