Father in-law or brother in-law acting as a wakeel in nikaah

Q: Can a girl choose her father in law and her brother in law as wali or wakeel of nikah?

A: The father-in-law can be used, not the brother-in-law, as the wali if she does not have brothers, parents, uncles, etc.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
