Changing a salaah time on a public holiday

Q: Can you change Zuhr time of a musjid on heritage day or any public holiday of the kuffaar?

A: The times are adjusted not because of kuffaar holidays, but because of convenience of the musallees.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
