Q: Can we delay isha after midnight? If not, what is the last time to pray isha?
A: The time of esha expires when subah saadiq enters. However, delaying the esha till after midnight without a valid excuse (e.g. illness, safr, etc.) is makrooh.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
