Q: My question is that I want to do 2nd Marriage so is it necessary for me to take the permission from my first wife and in case if my first wife don't allow me and I am still willing to do the 2nd Marriage to spend a happy life. So please advise me.
Q: A girl wants to marry me and I want to marry her too. But we had physical relation About 2 years ago. In these two years i got married with other girl and now we also had a kid. 1. Is there a difference in nikaah and marriage?
2. Is it permissible to have a nikaah with someone else even when you are married?
3. Is it compulsory to have permission from wife and children (all well grown up) to have nikaah with someone else (due to total / negative and un acceptable cooperation in life from wife)?

Q: Mere shohar ne meri ijazat se dosri shadi ki is shrt pe k wo mjhy izzat dy or insaaf kry gy mgr bd m wo bs 2 se 3 hr k leay atay h aik din ke bad. Q: Can a man have two wives if he is unable to support them? My husband has another wife. Both he and the other wife are unemployed and not earning any income. I am the only one working. We all live in one house. Being the only one working does not affect me as much as the fact that I have no alone time with my husband. I do not get to have any intimate time with my husband. He only shares that part with her because they are alone and we are not. The only alone time we have is when he says goodbye to me at the gate in the mornings. Please advise what to do. I make dua everyday that he finds a good job so that we can have separate homes. This is such a difficult situation and is taking its toll on me. I desperately want a child but with no alone time I obviously cannot even think about getting pregnant. A friend suggested that I get my own place and they must see to themselves but how do I do that to another person who I know does not have an income? Please help me figure this out?
