Wudhu

Q: During wudhu is it Sunnah to make khilaal of the fingers, beard and toes three times or once? What is the reference for the above from saheeh Hadith?

Q: Does cream fall under the mas’alah of oil with regards to wudhu and ghusal?

Q: During the wudu im certain that my neck area was wet when wiping over the head. And after the wudhu it got dry and I kept getting thoughts that my wudhu was invalid. What should I do please clarify?

Should it be right to left in one go which would be the "length" of the mouth and the "breadth" of the teeth or is it to be done in an up down motion on each tooth starting with the tooth on top on the right which would then be the "length" of the teeth and the "breadth" of the mouth?
