Wudhu

Q: Is it permissible to make wudhu in a bathroom as now a days houses are built with mixed bathrooms where we take a shower and also go to the toilet?

Q: Do females have to ensure that water enters the ear piercings during wudhu?

Q: In wudhu I wet my hands and immediately pass them over my face. My whole face becomes thouroughly wet and I do this three times. However I haven't been cupping the water or splashing on my face. Is this sufficient?
