Hurmat-e-Musaaharah

Will hurmat-e-musaaharah be established through sodomy

Q:

1. If a son and father commit sodomy with each other, is it permissible for the son's (who committed sodomy with his father) children/grandchildren to marry his brother's/sister's children/grandchildren?

2. (A) committed sodomy with (B). Will (A)'s sister be allowed to marry (B)'s brother? Or Will (A)'s brother be allowed to marry (B)' sister?

3. (A) committed sodomy with (B). Is it permissible for (A) to marry (B)'s own sister/cousin?

4. If someone committed sodomy with his male cousin/male cousin's son. Are their children/grandchildren allowed to marry each other?

5. If someone touched his female cousin or his female cousin's daughter/male cousin's daughter with lust. Are their children/grandchildren allowed to marry each other?

Touching one's sister with lust

Q: If someone touched his own married or unmarried sister with lust, will this nullify his sister's marriage?

If she is unmarried at that time (when the incident happened), will her marriage be valid in future? What is the ruling if she is married at that time (when the incident happened), will this nullify her marriage?

Hurmat-e-musaaharah becoming established through touching a woman with lust

Q: I had read that hurmat-e-musaharah take place only if there was a lawful relationship. I just saw a post that if a man committed zina with a women he cannot marry his daugther. But if he wasn't married to that women and was mislead by shaitan.

Below is what I found.

On the other hand Imam Shaafi (rahmatullahi alaihi) is of the view that hurmat-e-musaharah is established only through lawful intercourse and not through unlawful sexual intercourse or touching.

Father in law seeing daughter in law's chest

Q: A woman's husband's parents are sleeping in the same room as the woman (their daughter in law) and her husband (their son). It has been almost 3 weeks and the daughter in law is very annoyed as it is an invasion of her privacy and her parent in laws should not be sleeping with her and her husband.

The woman and her husband sleep on the bed whilst her husbands parents sleep on the floor with a mattress. So the woman and husband are higher from the ground than the parents.

The woman (daughter in law) was laying on her side and the husband (son) got up moving the duvet. It was unknown that the father in law was sitting upright on the floor mattress to which he would be able to see the woman and her husband on the bed. Whilst the woman was laying on her side, her right side of her chest, the skin/flesh of her right breast was exposed. Only the skin was exposed and not the full breast. The father in law uinintentionally looked and then quickly lowered his gaze, he shouldnt have been looking in the first place to be honest.

The woman told her husband and he said that his father wouldn't have seen it, he has weak eyesight.

If the father in law had looked at the skin exposed does hurmate apply and affect the nikah of the woman (daughter in law) and her husband (son)?
