Permissible and Impermissible employment

Q: If the governtment doesn't allow tution and someone makes money out of tution, then is the money haram or not?

Q: I am a chef working in a hotel restaurant. Is it permissible to work with haraam items such as alcohol and pig? I don’t have to touch it with my hands or taste it. I can use gloves when I touch it and work with it.

Q: I have obtained my degree through distance mode (although distance mode is not allowed by university, it is illegal). I have done it after consultation with college authority. Now if I get a job with this certificate, would my income be halal or haram? 

Q: If a woman has a business where she customises clothes, can she sew peoples names on Christmas hats. Non Muslims may ask her to customise the hats so she will just be writing peoples names on these hats.

Q: Can I work as an admin/receptionist at a law firm which deals with commercial leases? Like leases for commercial property for businesses.

Q: I want to ask if it is halal and permissible by law to get paid to do someones homework, college and university assignments, thesis and so on. Students hire us and provide us the material/structure or question given by a professor or teacher and we write answers for them with a fee. I work for the company who provides this service to international students. Should I leave this job or wait until I get another one?

Q: I am currently working in a company as a senior executive. I was given a task by my management to find a guy who would fix a tube well (water well). I found a guy and called him to our office to confirm the project with my management. I requested this guy for a commission after the completion of the project. Is it permissible in Islam to take commission for this kind of outsourced work? 

Q: If a person works in a company that celebrates a Hindu festival where people worship a statue and the person does not worship that statue but works in that environment. Is that persons income haram?

Q: I am working as a civil engineer. We deal with construction of buildings and other structures. Sometimes we have to work for the army of disbelievers (kuffar) who are presently fighting against Muslims. We have to construct buildings and other structures for them... Is it allowed for us to work for them although we have no intention to help them on their anti Islamic sentiment. Remember our land is under oppression.

Q: What is the ruling for a software developer who receives a project in which he/she has to apply algorithms on a data set i.e. Qura'nic verses' translation. Lemmtatization,tokenization, stemming and bag of words techniques will be applied on translation in order to get the following result example:

First if one wants to search any masla from the Qur'an regarding a rukoo in namaz, the software will show the verses translation related to the rukoo in namaz only. Is it permissible for one to work on such project?
