Reciting from digital devices

Q: Is it permissible to recite qur'an on an ipad or phone without wudhu whilst touching the screen with a pen not with th hand to go up and down
and turn the pages as I have trouble keeping my wudhu.

Q: Is it correct to download Quraan paak application on one's mobile or some quraanic verses?

1. Can we read Qur'an on any digital device without touching (laptop or on mobile)?

1. Is it permissible for someone travelling short distances, such as in a  bus or a train, to read Quran on a laptop or ipad without making Wudhu?
2. When is it not permissible to not recite the Quran even from memory, if under any circumstances?

Q: Will it be permissible to read the Holy Qur'aan on your mobile phone if you previously viewed filth and haraam on the same phone. That was about six months ago and you have made taubah.

Q: Ipad's and other tablets now come with the complete Qur'an installed in them. Is it permissible to touch it without wudhu when the Qur'an application is opened.

Q: Is it permissible to recite the Holy Quran in PDF/TEXT format from the computer without wudhu (wash)? [Since the verses are not touched by the body]
