Q: Are you allowed to read Qur'an off by heart or by looking on a computer screen if you have urine on you for e.g. your doing istibra by putting tissue on your private organ to make sure all the drops come out?
A: Yes. However if you are reciting on the screen, then do not touch the place where the words of the Qur'an appear.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
