Punishments in an Islamic Country

Q: I have a very important question regarding a past incident, and I sincerely request guidance according to the Hanafi school of thought. 

My sister and I were involved in a road accident, and sadly my sister passed away. We filed a legal case against the person who caused the accident. 

After a few months, some people approached our family for a settlement. They offered us 17 lakh rupees. However, the settlement involved replacing the actual driver with another person who agreed to accept responsibility in exchange for money. At first, we refused, but because of financial hardship, lack of education, and believing that the money could help us fight the case, we eventually signed the settlement papers and accepted the 17 lakh rupees. 

The person who accepted the blame did so willingly after receiving money, while the actual driver was protected. We are now using those 17 lakh rupees to build our house. 

Our questions are: 

Was it Islamically wrong for us to accept this settlement under these circumstances? 

Is the 17 lakh rupees halal or not? 

If we sincerely repent to Allah, does that make the money halal? 

Since our house is being built with this money, is it permissible for us to live in that house? 

If we have made a mistake, what should we do now to sincerely repent and correct it according to Shariah? 

We deeply regret anything that may have been against the teachings of Islam and sincerely want to know the correct ruling so that we can do what pleases Allah.

Q: 

1. If a woman got raped by a man and it's proven Islamically, would she also be punished? If not then what would be the punishment of the man. 

2. Does Islam recognize the concept of woman raping a man, for example if she tied his limbs and had intercourse with him. And it was proven that it did happen. Will the man be punished as well? If not then what will be the punishment for the woman?

Q: I have a death sentence and don’t want to die. In Islam is it mandatory to be subjected to death no matter how severe?

Q: in an Islamic State, if a person stole a Mushaf from someone else or they stole books of Sacred Knowledge from someone else, is the hand cut off?

Q: Is it permissible to burn a person in a case of qisas despite the prohibition of burning people mentioned by the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wassalam in the hadith?

Q: I am working as a nurse in a clinic. One day a certain patient came and had been diagnosed with Malaria. The same day he was injected with diclofenac injection intramuscular for reducing fever and other antimalaria intravenous injection also.

The problem is that the place where we injected that diclofenac, that area swelled and the patient showed me after 3 days. On the 4th day he came back with a bad condition. When we tried to investigate other problems, we found he had hypoglycemia (low sugar) and anemia (low blood) but we decided to transfer him to the biggest hospital. Finally he died there.

My question is: what I should do? I am confused since I don't know whether he died because of that abscess or those other conditions he had. My aim is to pay blood money or fast as it is mentioned in the Holly Qur'an if you kill by mistake.

Q: If a single man commits zina, does he have to be whipped 100 times?

Is it ok not to be whipped in one go? Maybe 10 whips today and 10 the next day until its 100? Does the whippng guarantee deletion of that sin?

Besides repenting is there other ways to delete the sin completly? Is there certain deeds you can do to remove it with the guarantee that you don't have to worry about it?

Q: Is the law for zina (adultery) the same for a divorcee or widower? Suppose a man was married and now he is single after having divorced his wife or she died, will he be killed if he commits zina? 

Q: What is the punished for a person who rapes a girl whose small like 5 years or that kind of a age?

Q: Why does Islam give permission to kill a Muslim after becoming a kafir?
